    They charged me for an engine air filter, but didn’t change my filter. They just left my old, dirty one in there. I would explain in detail, but character limit will not allow me to. It’s also strange how it costs $80 for an oil change at this location and only $60 at VP/O’Connor for the same vehicle, same oil. I’ve only been to this location twice. Utter disappointment both times. Fool me twice, shame on me, I suppose.
