I ordered Torlys ...

I ordered Torlys engineered flooring from Alberta Hardwood flooring. They had to do floor leveling they said they used 25 bags of leveling compound - I went thru the garbage bag 15 were used. I tried to email the owner twice no reply. After the install was complete there are dips and creaks in the floor indicating they did not do a good job of leveling the floor. I just want people to know what I have gone through with AHF and how I was treated.
