Country Appliance Services

Charged us $99.75 to come over, open our fridge door, pull out the ice tray, and then tell us we needed to replace a couple of parts. $45 for 'Service Call" (fair enough), $10 for 'materials" (what materials??) and yet another $40 to "come over and take a look" (really? Isn't that what the "Service Call" is???) + tax. We ended up fixing it ourselves (and saving the $700 he was going to charge to replace parts) using google and replacing the filter. Will never call this company again.

Awesome Service

The repair man, Jason was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what was wrong with my freezer with a short conversation over the phone (he did mention he cant be sure until he can look at it, but was 90% sure he knew what the problem was). He tried to make time to fix it that day, but it didn't work out. He was however, able to make the next day!!! He fixed it within an hour and had the part on hand!!! Very friendly and knowledgeable!!! I would recommend him to all my friends and family!!! Great Guy!! Thanks for all your help Jason!!!
