Marwood Renovations

We had a very different experience with Mario. He quoted an initial price, 3 days later he showed up for the project and increased the price by $300, then when the project was completed the final price was increased another $500.00. Not very impressed. His dedication to the job is questionable as he is extremely slow and a simple project took almost 3 weeks to complete as he has numerous excuses fo his delays. His workmanship is fine but I would not recommend him.

Mario recently completed major renovations on our house in Medicine Hat. He treated our house as if it were his own. He is a skillful and conscientious craftsman. He was also our renovation project manager who brought in other tradesmen to help when needed. Mario and Gwen, his wife, made many helpful suggestions during the renovation process. They frequently uncovered areas that needed attention and offered their recommendations. His cost estimates for each phase of the project were reliable and reasonable. They must have spent a lot of uncharged time shopping for materials trying to get the best prices for us. We were very pleased with the quality and cost of the work. We feel fortunate to have discovered Marwood Renovations.
