    Avoid!Avoid! Avoid!

    I took my boat to be repaired on Tuesday. Was told 2-4 days. 3 days later hadn't been looked at.Was told had a big commercial job and got sun stroke and guys were going to quit etc....Also told my boat needed a motor (not my boat) and then it needed a new "brain"(not my boat) Mine needed an impeller and wear ring.5 days later was told wrong part came in and would be 4-7days for new part to arrive.Took my boat back to campsite. Very unorganized and not very customer orientated. Avoid!

    Osoyoos Marine

    I was having problems with my boat while on holiday in Osoyoos. I called Osoyoos Marine and they agreed to squeeze me in the same afternoon. They repaired my problems promptly and had me back in the water the next morning. Furthermore, as I was leaving, they said that if the boat wasn't running properly once I was back in the water, they would come and make the adjustments on the lake at no charge. Excellent and knowledgeable service. Very clean shop.
