Very bad service!...

Very bad service! Our carpet is about 3 months old and already getting loose and starting to roll. During install the baseboard trim was damaged by the installers. They refuse to fix the damage. The guys attitude is horrible.

Entered the store...

Entered the store to get a quote on carpet for our Family room. The Gent was absolutely no help. He pointed and said "carpets over there". No pricing marked. I asked him a few times, and it seemed as though i was asking for the moon. I just wanted a price. When he had to get up, it was like he was 90 years old. There was no one else in the store, and we were legit customers. We left. I would rather give my money to someone who appreciates it.

Buyer Beware!

I spent close to $10 000 dollars buying carpet from this store. Within 6 months the carpet started to fold, wrinkle and loosen up all across the house. I called the store, it took them 6 months for them to have someone call my house and demand payment to fix the rug. They wanted $100 per room to fix the rug. This business offers no warranty and completes sub-par work. It has now been 2 years and they have not sent someone to fix the carpet, and the carpet in my home is entirely ruined from the damage caused from not being installed properly. If you don't care about warranty, customer service or quality products, you should shop here.
