Bought an Xbox one controller from them it had no back so price went down to 45 I believe bout a ring and Prada sunglasses we paid all in cash got the reciepts for just the ring which was actually very nice we tried to return the Xbox controller or swap for a working one he said he has no record of it and we didnt get a receipt and we tried to get him to rember us cause we said we bought the Prada glasses to jog his memory he said they dont sell glasses and never have waiting for store footage

I had been been online looking for my ring that was missing for 6 months . Finally found it at roaths pawn shop in surrey ..The owner an staff listened to my story story an I got it back at pawn ticket price . I’m so thankful an grateful . It meant so much to me .. I cried going out the door am home now an still crying ..it was one in a million that I got it back ..Roaths owner and staff are the the best people that I’ve ever came across ..the honesty , integrity they have in there business ..

Amazing service and staff! Super convenient to get too and has a great secured location, even has every client buzz inside to be allowed inside. I was very pleased with their customer service, was welcomed as I entered and was helped instantly. Prices were very reasonable and they didn't sell on me when I was a day late. I was super thankful.
