I came to screw back the bolts that came off the fog light of my Corolla 2014 and I was charged $90. I feel ripped off. I would advise everyone to look elsewhere before going into this place for any vehicle repair or inspection. He did not buy a new fog light nor screws. I brought everything and he charged me $90. I wish I could give less than a star. Too bad!
Interior detail was very mediocre. The cup holders were still dirty, the windows were very smeared and foggy from whatever glass cleaner they used. And the seats weren’t very clean, and in between the seats was still very dirty.
Took my car there (Surrey Centre Auto Repairs [SCAR]) yesterday (May 2, 2022. My mechanic is closed Monday's and I needed it fixed ASAP.) to get the thermostat replaced. The owner recommended that I get a diagnostic to make sure that was the problem. So I got it done. So now he finds problems that don't exist. Took a $400 job and turned it into a $1500 job. Then I had to take it to MY mechanic to re-fix all SCAR's blunders. DON'T GET SCARRED TAKING IT TO SCAR. (Not 1 star, its MINUS 1 star)
Bunch of scam artists! They did my oil change then I had a mechanic working on it and he let me know my oil filter hadn't been changed. (At this point I had already had another break job done for them) which I started wondering if they acty did because my breaks were squeaking. Then I took it to another place to have it checked out and it turns out my back breaks (supposed to be done a few weeks previous) are at 0%. Not only did they put my safety at risk but they cost me a new $500 break job
These guys know what there doing I’ll recommend them to anyone.
I cant say enough good things about Surrey Centre Auto Repair. Excellent service, goes above and beyond to make sure we are well taken care of. Very good prices.I would not even consider going to someone else. Highly recommend!
I got an oil change done at Surrey Centre Auto repairs on December 27, 2017 on a Groupon and I was not impressed. By January 4, 2018, the bolt under the car that keeps the oil in fell off and oil started pouring out. It appeared to me that the bolt was tightened with hands rather than tools and the oil was all over the bottom of my car (could have been leaking for days). My motor could potentially be damaged and Surrey Centre is not claiming responsibility and has refused to help me with motor.
Very nice people. Manager is very helpful, will try his best to save some money. They are very good at what they do. Love it

I was there today for the first time to have some work done on my car and was so very pleased that we still have such exceptional service available to us! I was treated is such a warm and friendly atmosphere and felt so confident that I would be looked after and everything was explained to me so I really understood what was required to do the maintenance on my "beast" and trusted that they were telling me truthfully and not gauging me! I was treated so well and appreciated that!! Thank you

paid over $1700 and my car was not fixed, now the car is garbage due to false work, my lovely car i had to sell it for peanuts. But karma would catch up

I went for syn oil change & flush the 2nd time a few dys ago as I thought I was at the rt place. I rqstd to have my SUV checked as he inspects as it was a little shaky. Mnts later he gets me an estm of some $850 stating suspension issues, still did not assure if that fixes. I was running outta time so just left with the oil change only. Nxt day I had it checked at some place else, & it was just the rear tire that was out & nothing wrong with suspension at all. Disappointed, would never go back.
Zero stars bad service I went for a 20$ oil change end up with 299 $ bill the car is making noise now alignment is way off the car steers to the left went back there they refused to admit it was their fault not recommended to anybody avoid avoid going there .

My husband dropped off my vw jetta, and he said owner was great. Did a free check-up to see what the problem was, and then asked if he would like work done on it. These days you can't find on honest mechanic. Also mentioned great hospitality by offering breakfast to my husband while waiting. Job well done.
