Quality and customer service missing!
Delayed jobs with major quality issues... Addressing the issues led to really rude responses including - sorry to say that, but everybody needs to know - lying about phone conversations which had never taken place and other excuses to justify the bad quality (apparently someone from the management was copied bcc in the emails). We have never experienced this kind of customer service in a professional setting before. Watch out!
