First time I used them was for window washing. Months later /I got a bill with a penalty stating I had not paid. I had, and was able to prove I had. Mistakes happen, so gave them another chance. Arranged for window washing. They were a no-show for a scheduled appointment. No call back when I left a message to find out why. They are now OFF my list of preferred companies.
