Had our lock rekeyed and other services which cost over $200. Over the course of a few months the lock stopped working and we had to remove it or risk being locked out of our garage. I emailed the company asking about warranty and services. Received a very rude response from the owners wife and she directed me to call the owner himself which I did. He was also rude and didn’t offer any service of coming out to figure out why the lock does not work. He then hung up on me
