Ron Paul Garden Center

Ray and his staff are true experts and very professional. Every year I go there to pick up my plants and flowers and just love it. He hires a lot of students and treats them amazing. I know as my daughter worked there.

Very poor service. Staff eapecially Cassie is arrogant, rude and sarcastic. No customer Service at all!!!!

Great service. Went there not knowing exactly how much gravel I needed, brought my measurements and spoke to the young woman at the front who walked me through the process. The delivery got there almost before I did. Great service, Ill be back.

I made a mistake in ordering the wrong color stones and when they delivered to mu house my wife was not happy. I went to Ron Pauls the nect day, explained my mistake, and they fixed my problem that same day. The went above and beyond and did nit charge me for having to swap out the stone pavers. I fully expected to pay redeliver and reatocking charges and what a great team they had. No issues , very understanding and more helpful then expected. Abaolutely love Ron Pauls. They helped me for free

My husband & I are so happy with the service the staff provide at Ron Paul's. This morning we picked up gravel, received great advice from fellow in tree area about our spruce tree. Also, the lady in the plant area spent the time telling me about what plants would do best in our shaded area as well as our planter. We have always received exceptional service & advice from the staff. Keep up the great work! Just a note: they have two friendly greeters (dog & cat).

Great service, ordered in the morning on the website, got a call shortly confirming my order, and by the time I was home my soil was exactly where I asked for it to be. Nice people, good product.

Poor Customer Service

The customer service representative was extremely rude. I have no idea why he would treat a potential customer in that manner. I cannot imagine making a purchase at this place in the event their were any potential issues.
