Excellent company. Just bought a washer from them. It was delivered on time, the delivery guys were nice and installed the new washer and took out the old. Sales people were informative and helpful during the buying process.
J'essayais de décider du meilleur réparateur à contacter pour mon réfrigérateur qui coulait. J'ai opté pour Alpha, par hasard et parce qu'ils avaient le plus de commentaires.
Finalement, ils sont venus la journée même. Le technicien James était très compétent et sympathique. Il a réglé mon problème en toute efficacité. Il travaille bien et, pour être resté par-dessus son épaule tout au long de l'opération, je peux dire qu'il sait vraiment ce qu'il fait.
FYI - they only service their own clients so if you need repairs on appliances purchased elsewhere, they won't help you although they used too (3 years ago i hired them to fix my washing machine), but not anymore :-(

Second to none service
This dealer has been selling me household appliances for over 35 years... they not only sell home appliances but they excel in service! The quality of their appliances is great, and if parts are required, they either have them in stock or are able to get them in minimal time. Their service department is prompt to respond to calls, and goes a step beyond to ensure that a clients requirements are met. Their delivery service includes set up of appliances, which nowadays seems to be an exception for many retailers. I have recommended them to many acquaintances over the years and have received only positive feedback from all of them as they were treated like queens and kings by their professional sales, parts and service representatives. Hats off to this local firm which has proven many times over that the customer counts! They always have in stock a large selection of appliances to chose from, whether one needs a range, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a freezer, a washer or dryer, as well as related accessories, and sales staff are quite knowledgeable of the array of features offered by different manufacturers.
These guys are awesome. Bought a house in Dieppe with the appliances included and had some minor issues with them. I found out from the previous owner that they were purchased @ Alpha Appliance and these guys honored the remaining time left on the warranty.
I called on a Monday morning and they had a service technician at my house later that afternoon. Problem fixed and the service was great! Thanks Aubree!
