poor service

I have been trying to get my 7 year old girl in this 'club' for 2 years now, every year I'm told she's waitlisted, and I never hear again from them until I call the next year... When I called again I was told 'it's too early to register' and never told when I could do so. Then when I called back a few months later,i was told 'it's too late', classes are full!! Waitlisted again!! Very frustrating, I wish there were more options for my daughter to take gymnastics.
