Canadian Tire General Store

I was given a jug of coolant at the part desk to put in my 2015 vehicle. The gentleman said just look on the front of the jug and it will tell me the manufacturer. To me, that sounded a little ignorant so I left to do my own research I contacted a few reputable dealers and shops & they told me to stay far away from the coolant the ct rep recommended. If the ingredients mixed it would turn to jelly. I can only empathize for the destroyed vehicles caused by ct over the yrs with 0 accountability

Awful service. Called twice to ask if product was available and if ok to pick up and told yes. Got there, they said manager who can access the product is away and not sure when mgr will be back. (If so they should have said so before customer went to store)! And did they say that so there would be no escalation?. Suddenly these teens were all at Customer Service as if to support each other!. Not truthful on phone, and incompetent.

stay away from auto repair. obnoxious staff and found out I was charged for parts not installed. apparently others having similar issues
