Shoppers Drug Mart

The staff are very friendly , helpful , especially the ladies in the beauty boutique their knowledge from skincare & makeup & perfumes was very professional & they helped me pick out new products for my skin that I love . I would highly recommend going to this Shopper’s Drug Mart location . I love they now have a grocery section . it’s very fresh produce & bakery goods.

Rude. Very Rude. One of the older employees who we think is a manager was so rude. No customer service skills. We were disgusted at the way she spoke to an employee trying to enter our optimum card. The poor employee behind the cash. Nobody deserves to be spoken too like that.

The employees were RUDE. 2 employees at the front.I went to the lit checkout. I stood there waiting to see if one of them was going ring me out,a person standing there after her shift & on her way out says “ring the bell that’s what the sign is there for” rolls her eyes and walks out.I rang the bell & 1 of them calls me over to another register. Instead of asking how I'd be paying, she says “ I can’t see what your card is", followed by a sarcastic HAVE A GOOD NIGHT! I will not shop here again!
