ABC Driving School

Watch out!! After they get your money, they don't answer / return phone calls. Almost 2 months after in-class training, I still can not schedule in-car lessons. Poor customer service.

Awful service- not enough instructors

1st called June, I was told no instructors were available till Jun12. Okay, 2nd call on June 12, was told T will call me to book my lesson. T called me three hours before my 1st appointment, saying he had accident but promised to find sb to contact me. Fine... till now, no one contact me. I called office to complain as my road test is 20 days away. I received email after, ABC ask me to pay full first and sb will contact me after. If you were me, are you going to pay full amt?! no trust any more.

In class with Mark was great, he was entertaining and overall a great teacher. However the in car lessons were very very poor. My instructor spent the majority of the time organizing lessons and on their phone, and even made me pick up another student during my lesson. The lessons are not the agreed upon and time that is stated when you sign up and the overall atmosphere in the car is poor. Also From personal experience only but the car was poorly maintained, the brakes squeaked and more.

I started taking ...

I started taking lessons with Tony from ABC after having a few bad experiences with other driving schools and a failed road test. Tony gave me so much more confidence and I passed my road test the next time around. I definitely recommend going to Tony at ABC because he's so patient with his students and really knows how to make you feel confident and prepared.
