Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We went in seeking advice on replacing a very old door handle and deadbolt, so as not to have to replace the whole door. I had already purchased the new parts elsewhere, but they did not fit. They suggested an alternative fix and assisted us in making the parts already purchased fit. They went out ofvtheir way to assist, knowing it Would not result in a sale for them. Would highly recommend to others.

What a fantastic team! The young gentleman (very professional, very knowledgeable, very polite), came and lubricated all my doors, including the ones in my shop! Then in answering a question about a door that didn't quite close, he got out his drill and added a screw to make it work again! I can't say enough good things about this business. I've dealt with them for over 50 years, and always been happy with their service and their work.

Terrible

I had a front door lock of my house that was loose & wouldn't unlock. I called and explained the issue, had a young man attend, "fix" it in 2 min, and tell me I shouldn't have called because now I'm getting charged $67 ($60 for the call + $7 for the actual work) I wasn't impressed, but learned my lesson. ONE WEEK later, my lock wasn't working!!! I had only used the front door approx 4x, as I use my back door mainly, so was in awe! I called Greenwoods, got voice mail, left msg... No call back!!!
