The person I spoke with on the phone led me to believe that having a potential issue with my shocks/struts checked out would be done at no cost unless we agreed to replace the parts. I get there for the appointment, and they try to hit me with a $150 plus tax fee. Not to do any difficult mechanical work but merely to have a look at the shocks/struts and also make a "full diagnosis" whatever that means and even though every other part of the car is mechanically sound. Terrible.
