Be careful!
Their refund policy says that a full refund will be given if a class does not run (which does happen because this is a small studio - classes that don't have enough enrolment are cancelled - this has happened twice to me). They DO NOT give refunds even if your child never started the class– they offer a “credit” which is useless if you choose to take your business elsewhere. The other option is to choose a class that may not be the same age group or at a time that’s not convenient. They will also refuse to refund your costume deposit even if the costumes have not been ordered yet. There is no other recourse – customer service is very poor. Also, they do anything possible to not accept credit card payments because “it costs them too much”.
