Real customer. Dealer sold used vehicle not within Canadian specifications. Inquiries were made before purchase, and they ensured vehicle was within specifications. I was ticketed for being out of specs and had to pay for my own inspection. When confronted, the dealership said it was my fault. Used sales manager said, "We can't fix complaints of this nature or we would be out of business". General manager insinuated I was the person responsible for modifying the car. Horribly unprofessional.
