Joanne was so helpful in explaining to me as to how the online ordering is a tricky thing. She pointed out the flaw in my order (that actually came from the States and was not my intention) and left me feeling confident that she would see to it that the arrangement would be beautiful. Joanne went so far as to call the recipient to inform them that a delivery would be on it's way. Her help and expert advice meant a lot when going through a difficult time.
