Since 1997 the staff at Excel Accounting has been submitting my Medical billing claims for payment. They have provided me with a detailed list of claims submitted and have been tracking them until payment has been received. We have been a very happy Business Vision user since 2005. At that time, we were using two software programs to do our accounting and payroll. Now, with BusinessVision, we have that combined into one program that manages our accounting, inventory, payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable and reporting that we need. Debby Beck has been a very valuable partner in helping us achieve the results we were looking for. She stays in touch and lets us know when there are new updates available and provides us with very timely support when required. The recommendations that Debby from Excel Accounting Services has made to improve our accounting system has saved us many hours of work. We have been using Accpac for several years and after Debby became our Accpac Consultant, she suggested that we implement a program that allows us to email out customer statements which have substantially reduced our labor and postage costs. Excel also recently customized an import utility that allows us to post pre-authorized payments directly to the customer accounts saving a lot of duplicate work and data entry time. We recently upgraded our Accpac accounting system with the help from Excel Accounting Services. Debby and Django provided us with professional, expert support and training that enabled us to streamline our procedures. Although we were hesitant at first to upgrade our software, we have found with the new system that we can obtain financial information in a timelier manner and with less effort. Excel Accounting was also able to provide us with customized applications that seamlessly integrated with Accpac to provide additional functionality for us. We are grateful that these products and services are offered by a local company with the skills and expertise that we were looking for.
