We invite you to login to our PATlENT PORTAL.  If are a NEW PATIENT please SIGNUP.  If you are an EXISTING PATIENT please contact the office at (905) 428-2984 or whcc@rogers.com  to receive our Portal Invitation Email as this will avoid a duplicate Patient Profile from being created. Each patient must have a unique email address to access the Portal.  If you don't have an email address a Username can be arranged through our office.  This Portal will enable you to manage appointments online, access patient forms, download invoicing and upload documents pertinent to your healthcare needs.
