I came here both to get some watches fixed and look for a new watch. Was helped by Riley and had a great experience looking for a new watch with him — he took the time to understand what I was looking for, and provided me a lot of cool options within my budget. In the end I took one of his recommendations. Love my new watch and haven’t ever had so much fun shopping for a new watch! Also had a great experience with the service center. Thought this was a great place to buy a watch and would definitely go back and recommend it to anyone. They have a great selection of pieces at a lot of different price points.

Great experience, no complaints. Found what I was looking for, had a staff walk with me and putting my pieces together for comparison. There was no pressure just friendly suggestions here and there as I buy (him) a gift for (her). While the person working with me was busy putting stuff together, another staff approached me and continued helping me with price quotes without the feel of the staff competing with each other. The team worked together with me and I love that spirit
