With a name like Pearl Diver, you can expect one of the best selections of oysters in the city. The restaurant uses local oysters as well a selection from the United States. On Thursday nights, it’s 100 oysters for $100 from 6 pm until 9 pm.

The oysters arrive directly from the harvesters on both coasts, which means the selection changes daily.
