Cody and Colby recently delivered and installed a side vent dryer. A side vent is almost impossible to find and even more difficult to install in a very tight space. Most people would just given up trying to make it fit. Cody and Colby were not to be defeated and found a way to get it to fit properly. Two thumbs up for their excellent customer service.

I called Jason one daday to fix our refrigerator He came out the following day which was fine with us. Jason was very nice, polite and fixed our fridge. Pricing was more than fair. I had used him many years ago and was glad he was still available.

Our Frigidaire washing machine shut down and we were referred to Aptco by the original retail company. It was a very complicated repair and Aptco did not give up in finding the source of the issue. They ended up taking the washer to their service centre, replacing all the major components, and because it was no longer under warranty, only charging a fraction of what the final bill should have been. Happy with the service and outcome? You bet! Thank you Aptco!

absolutely fantastic service. Had a washing machine that would not do the rinse cycle, or drain.
Called them and was told a tech would be out in an hour.
He was. Showed up, diagnosed the issue, provided a quote to fix and was in and out in quick order.
Price was very fair and I truly appreciate the ability to come out so quickly.

Ordered bedroom furniture & mattresses for myself & my son. Had to wait a bit longer to receive our orders but delay was due to Covid not Leon’s. The delivery went smoothly & the drivers were courteous. Lorinda was very helpful as our salesperson. Overall a very good experience.

Have had only miele appliances in my two houses for the past twenty five years.two dishwashers, two ranges, and two ovens. Have had no issues with the quality product. Also have a miele vacuum cleaner and the bags and filters. Sold our house and the dishwasher utensil tray clip snapped. 13 year old dishwasher and avenue ordered the parts and they were in a week. Tyler came to my home to assess a problem with the water and pump system on a Maytag fridge. He was very professional and assessed it to be a faulty water filter that was purchased form Mr Appliance. There was no service charge for his visit as a result. He replaced the water filter and delivered to my home the same day. Excellent service.

New house by Avi, wife not happy with stove, wanted a switch out, and at the last minute. Wife was very frustrated with all the move. But thankfully for Trail appliance(west end) to come to the rescue, not only for a fridge , but a stove my wife wanted. Do not get we wrong it was not easy dealing with a cranky lady of the house. They understood and came to help us. As well with a very quick delivery. That is service at its best

Had a great experience with Mr. Appliance. They came out and serviced our old refrigerator a few weeks ago and solved the problem immediately. Unfortunately, another problem loosely tied to the same issue arose within a couple of weeks and they came out, took care of it, made modifications to try to prevent it from happening again, cleaned up afterwards, recommended new fridges in case this one goes soon (it's 17 years old) and waived the fee because their work is warranted (even though it app
