I highly recommend John’s Mufflerman & Automotive Services. Prior to John’s, took my mechanic 6 hours to repair my resonator (center pipe) & the noise was still bad. A friend suggested John. John suggested we go before noon. It took him 5 minutes to give us 3 options & after selecting an option, took them less than one hour to build the over-axel, tail-pipe, & provide a universal muffler. The repair was miraculous – noise gone! Thank you for being a great mechanic with a fair price.

I had my car repaired at Craftsman Collision in Quesnel. The staff (Shannon and Ryan) are the best people I have experienced in any bodyshop before. They are professional, friendly, responsible and caring. I got my car back in a timely manner. I highly recommend them if you need a bodyshop. Definitely am extremely satisfied. Victoria is not only a mechanic but a car whisperer. You do not find people with these skills often in any profession. KUDOS. PS The shop is now located in Vancouver just west of Knight St Bridge off Marine Drive. They moved from Burnaby a few weeks ago.

I should have made this review years ago.. I have known Chris for at least 30 years, and when i lived on the mainland, I always had him do any work to my junk vehicles, because with his shop, I always knew it was going to get fixed right the first time. no one is ever told they need something they dont need, his shop is always busy, expect at least a 2 week wait to get your vehicle in, from basic to extensive, it is always worth taking it to Pemberton Automotive.

Great experience with Josh and the whole team at eagle ridge gm. Everything was easy, everyone was friendly and the service was great. While searching for a new truck I looked around at a few different dealerships and instead of listening to me and getting me into the vehicle I was looking for, they all tried to pressure me into something extremely expensive. It was totally different with Josh at eagle ridge. Best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership and I will be back for sure.

Incredible! I have gone to Amir for 20 years and he has always provided great service and quality repairs at a reasonable price. Two or three times he told me a problem was not as bad as I thought and fixed it without a major repair and once directed me to the dealer/manufacturer as I was unaware it was under warranty.
