I never leave reviews, this is a first. I am so happy to live in a community with local companies like this one. I called Reynolds this morning, I didn't have heat in the house. I was told that there day was full and they wouldn't be able to make it over. I was expecting a next day appt. Instead, I was asked a few questions over the phone. Then walked through a few steps. 5 minutes later I got the furnace going and the heat back on. This cost me nothing. This will obviously not always be the case, but from now on my friends, family and I will be calling Reynolds. Thanks again

Brandon is an absolute pleasure to deal with, professional, friendly, helpful, very knowledgeable and most importantly provided a thorough explanation of what was being done. Great service. They solved a problem with a air circulation unit (no power to switch) and were able to move a thermostat for better access (innovative approach). Cleaned up afterwards. Reasonable price as well. Highly recommend!
