I've purchased multiple times from Crown Opticians.
I am petite and have a difficult time finding frames and at Crown Opticians, I always find frames which fit comfortably and love!
Mark and Andrea are very patient and seem to always know what I'm looking for.
Their prices are great too!
Highly recommend!

I have been a long time customer of this branch. Staff is always polite, no hard sell. Actually, Bruce pointed out an issue with 1 of my initial choices. I just recently went in during the pandemic, had to wait a bit outside in my car as they are properly adhering to the govt guidelines of protocol. The staff had to deal with rude customers while I was there, and were polite but firm about the restrictions. I would highly recommend this store and their staff.

This is one of the most amazing eye glass shops I have ever been to . The customer service is above and beyond amazing. The greeted me with warmth and kindness as soon as I entered the store. . the eye exam was done with great care and they took their time to ensure the prescription was accurate, I did not feel rushed or pressured. they provided a tray of treats and they had caramel candies, my favorite. I walked out the same day with the glasses I needed.

I had great experience at union optical for 8 years, until this time unfortunately i met Ananda her ATTITUDE WAS VERY BAD.
after giving her my union card to check my balance she took quite some time to return. Upon returning, I kindly ask her are you able to tell me my balance, she Yelled YOU NEED TO WAIT!!! in a very rude tone my wife and myself were very and disgused with her rude behavior, I ask her for my card refusing her service. Then ManJeet execute great customer service, save future svc
