Whenever I decide to stop to pick something up at this tim hortons they are always out of things I want to get. Last time I went there they didnt even give me what I ordered, had to turn around & go back to get what I paid for.
I went to pickup a 1/2 dozen donuts and a coffee on Sunday Aug 25, 2019 around 6pm...
I ended up buying all they had left which was 1/2 dozen plain
When I asked if they were going to make more they told me no.. they were going to close at 10pm and didn’t want to make any, I laughed and told them they still had 4 hours before closing. They were serious..!!
How can a business run without selling the key product they are supposed to sell
Worst service ever today around 4:00pm July 16,2019. The sandwich bar boy gave me the wrong bagel. I ordered a B.E.L.T not a Cinnamon with butter. He said that wasn’t his problem, he makes what he sees. The gentleman beside me told him to speak with respect. After that he slammed in anger my bagel together, then threw it into my hand. The supervisor just walked by. The owners should take note of the bad service their business provides. Head office likes feedback.
