Very poor custome...
Very poor customer service! When buying $500 dollar chairs you would think you would be treated with a little respect! As soon as you meet with one sales person you become "theirs" so if you go in on a day that the person isn't there,no one wants to help you because they don't get anything from it! We took a chair home to see how it looked in the house( and we paid full price for it) and we get a very unprofessional call a few days later saying they need it back! But they talk to us like they are our customers! Completely unprofessional! We ended up buying our chairs from pier one imports because the people their actually talked to us like civilized human beings! Oh and they were only $215 dollars! Don't shop at Bondars, save yourself the troubles! Oh and if you would like to submit your complaints if wont go anywhere because the lady at the front desk get the emails so nothing will be done about it!! Also if you try and tell her what your thoughts are she says "I usually wait for the customers to stop complaining then I'll say sorry"!!! Very sad because their furniture looks really nice!
