This "GLOWING" review is well deserved.

I have to say that the Glow Nails Salon and the staff who work there get full marks from me. Right from the beginning I have felt and been treated more like a friend than a customer. I make no bones about the fact that am a very fussy person about my nails and hair and they bend over backwards to make sure I am totally pleased and NEVER do they make me feel awkward about my being fussy! I have no qualms about recommending Glow Nails to anyone and felt I should let you know.

inexperienced stylist

I am new to the city, and when it was time to get a cut/colour, I didn't know where to go. So, I found this business on yellowpages.ca. The manager and the staff seemed fun and competent, but the gentleman that did my hair was anything but competent. I have (sorry, I had) long hair, and I just needed a trim and a colour. Right from the get go, Harold seemed unsure of what he was doing, and not confident in his approach to cutting my hair. He was clumbsy and unorganized. I asked how long he has been doing hair, and he assured me that it has been a year... 2" turned into 4"-5" and my long locks are no more. The staff assured me that the hair on the floor was only 2.5" long, but he must've cut it twice, because my hair that was halfway down my back is now shoulder legnth! Another lady came over to finish the cut because I was so freaked out, and she did a very good job. My hair doesn't look horrible, but it is definately not what I asked for.. The colour is good..

Going the extra mile!

These women make a great, fun group. I felt at home the second I walked in. I was there the entire day and had a full spa day! I got to know every person there, they are very welcoming and the owner even bought me lunch because I was there for so long. A great experience, thanks for a great day! And I have to say, I look absolutely amazing!

Going to Glow Nails is a highlight in my life!

My daughter and i have been coming to have our nails done here for a couple of years now and we would never ever go anywhere else. I get so many comments on m y nails and people wanting to know where I get them done. The price is right and the girls in the salon are super friendly and welcoming. It is a fun visit and I look forward to it every month. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a great done on their nails, hair, esthetics. Will be back!

i was booked with Keenga at Glow Hair and Nails after having my hair fried at another salon in the area. when i went in i was very upsetmy ends were fried, it looked like i had 4 layers of colours and there were chunks out of the back. Keenga provided me with a solution and discussed all options with me. i absolutely love my hair and cant wait to see how it looks once all this damage is gone from the other place. it was reasonably priced and Keenga worked with me to find a solution i would be happy with rather then just chop it all off like another salon told me i would have to do, and i definitely am happy! i will be back for sure!
