C-Ment Concrete Services

On May 20th 2015 I got a Quote from Jimmy from C-ment Concrete Services LTD to remove and replace my old driveway and sidewalks. The quote was for $18,000 minus $1000.00 if my neighbor got his driveway done. My neighbor did get his work done with the understanding that a"lip" would have to be installed between our properties to facilitate proper water drainage to the front of our property. This"lip" turned into a 9-inch concrete "scraping" hazard to my vehicles. After talking to John, he agreed
