the people who work there love to lie delay filing and assessing your taxes for over a month and then act like victims when they’re called out for it. i am convinced there is no work actually being done there. One very annoying and pretentious middle aged white women that handles reception around 2pm on wednesdays loves to talk down to customers like they’re 5 as well. lazy, entitled, dismissive and non-cooperative is how i would describe the people working there.

It says it's open on Wednesday till 2pm I have been there 3 weeks in a row on Wednesday and I wait outside the door till 2pm and it's never open. I would appreciate if u would post the right hours u are open cause it's obviously not Wednesday

I went in in the summer since they're on of the few offices that are open year round and I got great service.
