I Love These Guys!

I have been going to Dolphin for years. The reason for this is Brad and Chad are the most honest guys in the business, they tell you only what you need, they don't UPSELL! We all know that some shops or dealers take advantage of people's ignorance, but not Brad and Chad. I recommend Dolphin to everyone looking for repairs, I LOVE THESE GUYS!

My vehicles have been serviced at Dolphin Automotive for the past 16 years. Brad, Chad, and the Dolphin Automotive crew continue to do excellent work on my cars and are extremely informative and helpful. Recently I was having issues with one of vehicles and stopped in with no appointment. They addressed the problem right away. Extremely efficient, convenient, and affordable!

I do not suggest going to dolphin automotive. When asked to diagnose the rattling noise coming from my car when I'm driving the mechanic simply turned on the car then told me it was the muffler. No test drive did not attempt to diagnose at all. Got muffler fixed issue is still there how shocking.

FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, HONEST. They come highly recommended by other mechanics as well. I met Brad and Chad 17 years ago. When I got my first car I started by taking it to the dealer. Soon they told me I needed a new radiator, so I called around to many companies for quotes, most of them suggested Dolphin. So I decided to go to them and have never regreted it. It ended up being a cap and temperature gage that cost me a heck of a lot less. My radiator ended up not going for another 7 years!

I've been taking my vehicles to Dolphin for almost 14 years. I was initially referred to Brad & Chad by another mechanic and have been grateful ever since. They are honest, ethical and take time to do things right. I greatly appreciate their integrity and the pride they take in their work. Any concerns are always dealt with promptly and they have the patience of saints to answer my many questions! They have gone above and beyond on more than one occasion. As always, thanks guys!
