Canadiano

During WWII, American soldiers in Europe couldnt handle the straight stuff like Europeans, so they asked for their espresso watered down. Europeans (the original coffee geeks) nicknamed the drink the Americano. This is our patriotic take on that historic classic.

Cappuccino

A stronger espresso experience than a latte, the cappuccino is all about texture and bold flavour. Densely foamed milk clears the stage for sweetly balanced espresso.

Caramel Macchiato

Caramel and espresso were made to be together, so this signature drink is one of our signatures. Sweet caramel is perfectly balanced against intense espresso, all rounded out with steamed milk.

Dark Belgian Mocha

Literally, espresso with cream, this is a great treat for espresso aficionados who also have a sweet tooth! Its our freshly extracted espresso topped with whipped cream.

Espresso

Equally bold and smooth, powerful and sweet, our signature espresso blend is complex and flavourful. It features strong notes of semi-sweet chocolate and caramel, with low acidity and a bright finish. Its got ridiculous amounts of crema (ask your barista to point it out when theyre extracting it!), you can practically see the flavour and freshness.

A delicious after-meal refresher, or morning waker-upper! Its simply our signature espresso with just a smidge of thickly steamed milk.

A heartfelt tribute to Canadas legendary syrup. We combine maple syrup (with just a touch of spice), our signature espresso and creamy steamed milk. O Canada, indeed.

Matcha Latte

Face it, straight up Matcha can be hard to handle for a first time drinker. Thats why we developed a Matcha latte pure Matcha tea whisked and mixed with steamed milk. The Matcha mellows out with the milk without losing any authenticity. This one comes straight up, or sweetened with cane syrup. Were also pretty excited to make green latte art!

White Belgian Hot Chocolate

Costa Rica -Single Origin Medium Roast Coffee

Our medium roast is a classic balance between sweet caramel, nutty chocolate, and a smooth mild acidity to pull it all together. It pairs nicely with cream and sugar, but we recommend taking it black to feature all the flavour nuances were so proud of.

Peru - Single Origin Dark Roast Coffee

Our dark roast has a delightful spicy overtone, with a chocolate-y body and a nice earthy balance. Not too dark, not too bright this dark roast is nothing to be intimidated by.

Like brewed coffee on steroids: simply select a coffee on tap and well add some deliciously steamed milk to bump it up a notch from the cold cream you usually add.

Iced Canadiano

A feature of our espresso were particularly proud of is how well it comes across iced as well as hot. This Canadiano has freshly extracted espresso over ice and ice cold water. Notice how the flavour nuances are slightly different here than in the hot Canadiano.

Caramel Frappe

Thick caramel sauce blended with our signature fresh espresso and ice cream its one of the best summer treats available. Topped with whip cream and caramel drizzle. Also available with yogurt instead of ice cream.

Coffee Frappe

The milkshake for adults, this frappe combines real ice cream with freshly extracted espresso, blended with ice. There are no premixes or powders in sight. Try adding your favourite flavour for an extra special treat.

Fruit Frappe

These flavour packed fruit frappes can be blended with ice cream, yogurt, or just straight fruit. Theres a long list of fruit available, such as strawberry, mandarin orange, mango, piña colada, and wildberry.

Low Fat Fresh Fruit Smoothie

Rooibos Espresso

For those of you who prefer intense Turkish-style tea over the more subdued British tea, this is a straight shot of rooibos brewed like espresso. It has a slightly sweet flavour with herbal and floral undertones notes, but when brewed like espresso it has the strength of a good black tea.

Caramel is the perfect addition to the spicy blend of apple cider, and topped with real whipped cream and even more caramel drizzle its delicious. Great for kids, and the kid inside!

Chai Latte

Spicy and authentic, our chai is brewed in micro batches with organic and Rain Forest Alliance certified ingredients. We steam it together with milk to fuse the flavour compounds into a power packed Chai latte. Like home made spaghetti sauces, there are hundreds of chai recipes - ours is one variation of a spicy chai.

London Fog

Paying homage to some of the most particular tea drinkers in the world (that would be the British!), this beverage is actually a west coast original. It combines steeped Earl Grey tea with steamed milk and just a touch of vanilla.

Steamed Milk

Simple as it sounds, steamed milk can be customized in almost any which way. When we steam milk, the natural sugars separate, so it has a twinge of sweetness all on its own. If you want more than a twinge, add a flavour of your choice.
