Really really bad and rude customer service.They definitely need to know how to deal with customers .

The guy who attends the customers is very familiar. I like his behaviour and service.My family likes their cake especially fruit filled cake.

I dont think so that they deserve even a one star. The guy at register does not have manners to talk to customer and they have worst customer service .

Worse store ever. Very rude with costomers.selling expired things Specially cakes. I went over there to order a birthday cake. I saw the sample and told them to pick in two days but when I went over there they want to sell that sample cake I refuse to get that they didn’t prepared my order. The owner was very rude I had very bad experience

Very bad experience with this bakery.They sell expired things.Few weeks before my husband bought a cake from there but the taste was not good looks like was not fresh. Two days before I went over there and ordered a cake for birthday party specially told them I need fresh cake but when I went over there to pick my order they just gave me the old cake which I saw when I gave them the order. I refuse to get that cake. The owner of the shop is so rude. He doesn’t know how to talk with costomers .

Customer service not good.They talk to customer in very rude way.Not a good experience for me.

Very bad service....I bought a cake for $70 dollars which was supposed to be $60 but payed $10 extra dollars for makig it "extra fancy" as the store employee or owner said. i payed $70 for the worst cake ever.I told him to specially make it VANILLA and no strawberry what so ever. i even showed an example in their display to not put pink icing strawberry flavoured.And obviously what did he do? He PUT strawberry pink icing.WORST TASTING CAKE EVER.i even told him what type of flowers to use as ahown in display...he madw them COMPLETELY opposite of them.Also decorations looked very bad.Shouldve just went to a different cake place.

Don't go to this store. Worst customer service ever. I just went to this store to buy and cake for my son's birthday. They had few pre made in the display and it was one I liked. It had happy birthday written on it and just below that something was scraped off. Girl on the front counter told me that it was a cancelled order and they removed the name from it. A guy walked from the back and said they did this on purpose and the girl doesn't know anything. I knew he was lying so I changed my mind and picked different cake. It was dark forest chocolate cake and he suggest brown wording will look better and I agreed to that. He took it back and came with bright red wording, his explanation was they ran out of brown color. The handwriting was so smudgy that it was hard to read what was written on it, I five year old can write better than that. When I said it looks horrible he replied, "either take it as is or just leave". When I said that not the best customer service when somebody is paying you for this, his answer was " I don't care". I just walked away from there and went to different bakery store in King George and 73 called Veneto's Cakes. I got the exact same cake for $22 where they were charging $29 and with better handwriting and customer service. I would not recommend this business to anyone. I would rather discourage all the people I know to go there ever.
