I have been getting my hair styled at Bambu since the shop opened. The owner listens to what I want and I trust her judgement to know what will look good for me. On more than one occasion she has fit me in last minute - greatly appreciated!

I had a terrible massage experience here. The massage therapist was actually laughing every time she massaged an area that hurt. I guess she found it funny that I would react when it felt painful. Very unprofessional and was still forced to pay for very bad service. Not recommended!

I have been going...

I have been going to Bambu since the shop opened.The owner is always so obliging and caring...she listens to what I am asking for and does lovely cuts. She bends over backwards to be open and helpful and will fit you in at the last moment if at all possible.. My elderly parents go to her for foot care and I cannot express how thankful I am for her gentle attention to them and her assistance with their physical problems.

Great addition to the St. Norbert downtown.

I've been to this salon a number of times now, and have had an excellent experience every time. The owner has been polite and pleasant, and done exactly what I asked for, and I've come away with great hairstyles every time.

Worst Experience Ever

I had an extremely unpleasant experience at this hair salon last weekend, in fact the worst I've ever had. The owner was very arrogant and opinionated. When I disagreed with the hair style she was proposing, she basically told me I am weird and my opinion is unimportant. There was a lot of such disagreement throughout the visit, and we both had to compromise quite a bit just so she can finish her job. I liked nothing about my hair when it was finally done - it looked like something from 50's TV drama. However she kept telling me I should go around and ask my friends if they liked my hair, because my own opinion does not matter (are you serious?) I couldn't believe I travelled an hour to get to this salon just to be treated like this. The hair totally ruined my night at a formal party I had to go to after. I would never go back to this place again and I would not recommend it to anyone I know.

do not waste your $ or time

my experience was terrible, the owner is rude and pushy and the staff are inexperienced, trust me go somewhere else.....
