DHL Express

Terrible Service! I order online a lot and no other courier service has ever not found my address! Now I need to wait yet another 24hrs to even pick up my pkg myself at DHL in Winnipeg.

This is the only time I've used DHL, and it wasn't really by choice but just happened to be the courier used by the place I was ordering from. I was a bit worried because of all the bad reviews, but frankly the experience was really great. The tracking was updated frequently, and the package was delivered a day before the estimated delivery date. I used Express and I requested SMS updates so I could see where things were. Keep it up.

Very bad service. I paid for express but didn't get as fast as they said.

Can't even give a rating!! Worst delivery service I have ever experienced! Said they tried to deliver twice... never received any notice got a final notice call and then they said they could not deliver because no one was there to sign ! Had to travel 30 miles to get my own package! Please get this company out of business!! Never use them!

Is there a .05% of a star option?! I'm soo not impressed.. The driver "attempted a delivery" at what says 12pm.. yet my tracking number states it left Brandon and was in Wpg at 11:15am... There was no knock on the door, the dog would have heard it a mile away.. There was no attempt for delivery at all.. Just some lil ninja and a slip saying "sorry we missed you" NOT HAPPY AT ALL
