I am very disheartened after dealing with Abbey's Smart move. A co-worker who works for one of our storage companies had recommended them, so I called and spoke to Jim Abbey before booking the move. I explained who I worked for and who recommended him, he told me on the phone that I would not be charged for the return time to Halifax. I was quoted a rate of $95 / hr for the move (I moved from Halifax to Mt.Uniacke). The move only took 3.5 hrs as we had moved alot of the boxes ourselves. I was

Abbey's Smart Move handled our move yesterday from Enfield to New Brunswick. Arrived on time, quick and clean loading. Everything was unload at our new home by 4 that afternoon. Price as quoted. Very happy with Jim and his team. Professional.

We used Abbey's many years ago, never again. They like to respond to negative reviews by making up stories.

Today we had a great experience with Abbey's smart move! We were moving a fridge from Falmouth to Sackville, NS this morning and our original movers cancelled on us. Within minutes of talking to Jim he had agreed to match our price and dispatch a guy right away to do the job. Our mover Denis was very personable and friendly. We were very impressed with his customer service, speed and ability to move the fridge without any issue. I would highly recommend Abbey's Smart Move Ltd!

Saved us when we had an emergency move for the first weekend of September. Only had a weeks notice, but they managed to fit us in. Moved our two bedroom apt, including a 60" plasma tv, to our new place by lunchtime. 3 guys, no damage, and super fast.
