We have been to this pub several times before for after work drinks and dinner, the service is always terrible. I think the waiting staff are trained to ignore the customers and they appear to be annoyed they have to serve you. Attempted to try it one more time to see if things had changed, but it was the same attitude from the waiting staff. We will not be going back again. If you enjoy waiting 30 mins before the staff acknowledges you are there, an additional 40 mins before you receive your food, 40 mins in between drinks and love to search the pub for your server so you can pay before you leave you will love this place. They food was good but not worth the wait. Overall this is a very badly managed pub.
The service is horrible the food is ok, you always have to wait for your food and drinks, we have been there a few times hoping each time is going to be better but is not kept returning because it is close but will not go back it is very poorly run by the owner and the staff are just there to socialize with the usuals.

service was Horrible, food might have been have decent if it was hot and fully cooked!my waitress looked liked she was drunk or at least hung over, she smelt like an ashtray, the beer was atleast very cold, with all that said, this bar is ten times better than HANCS.
This was my second visit here. Both times I've been, the staff has been neglectful and far from friendly. During my last visit, the only staff member who was welcoming in any way was the head bouncer. He even cleared our table for us. I suspect this place is best suited for the younger crowd, and those who are friends of the owner and his staff. Also, the whole idea of live music is very appealing, but Frosty John's is way too small to accomodate that amount of muscial volume.
Service was horrible!! The waitress took our order, brought the food, and then had to be flagged down in order to get the bill.
Apparently only "select" patrons get the good service.
The beer was good, but how can you mess that up!!
Anyone giving this place a 10 needs to get out more.
