disgusting quality and TERRIBLE customer service. don’t recommend purchasing..

High pressure sales environment, me and my wife went to look for furniture for our new home and deposited $200 for booking a living room, a dining table set, and a bedroom set. We were told that the deposit is refundable if anything was to change. Later on we cancelled the bedroom and dining table sets and they cleverly added the $200 extra towards the price of the living room set. Also after repeated phone calls for the couch delivery our phone calls were either not answered or some excuse made

If I could give them a zero star I would. They gave us furniture which was different than selected and took almost a month to deliver a table set. I’m sitting here at 9:30 still waiting for a delivery which was supposed to happen at 8. Every single item received had some issue associated with it. When asking the store about it they said they would fix it. I’m still waiting.

I bought a sectional 2 weeks ago. It was suppose to be delivered today. I donated my old furniture as we expected our furniture today as they confirmed yesterday the time and date. Today get a call saying it’s damaged and they will call me in 2 days. We told them to send us the damaged furniture as it’s chrismtas and we are sitting on the floor. His reply was his boss is trying to save money and doesn’t want to do 2 deliveries. Terrible customer service. I will never shop here again.
