Probably the wors...

Probably the worst service I've received in an empty restaurant. Couldn't even get our orders right.. Wouldn't return back here

I have ordered on...

I have ordered online for pick-up at this location twice and both times, when I arrived my food was not yet ready (even though I ordered at least 2 hours in advance for pick-up). The first time I thought it was because they were busy, but the second time, not only was my order not ready, but two walk-in orders were taken and completed BEFORE I received my food -- how is that even possible?! The people at the counter did not even apologize for the delay. I am never coming back.

To night we broug...

To night we brought in Swiss Chalet Restaurant the legs the wings were totally burnt and the chicken was dry and hard. Now in the past we have stopped going to this location because even when the restaurant is not busy the service is slow. We prefer to go the one down on Airport Road or Bovard.
