I always order out and love their food!!!

We ordered General Chicken and Cantonese chow mein. The General Chicken was so chewy that it was unedible. The Cantonese chow main was so salty that it was unedible. They get one star because it was fast delivery, but I would have preferred to wait for better quality. $25. for lousy food! Totally disappointed!

Customer service ...

Customer service is garbage. They were pver an hour calling me and still hadn't left the store. Had they apologized or offered a discount maybe i wouldnt have cancelled. I asked for a discount and she told me no only if he was another half hour i could have a discount. No thank you, cancelled...DO NOT order from here!

I have ordered before and the food was okay. But, last night my husband ordered food for dinner and there was a bug cooked on the chicken in one of my dishes. Of course I didn't see that until I was already half way through the dish so now I am grossed out. Absolutely horrible!!

Excellent food and service, very friendly staff

We live just down the street from South Pacific and my family and I get it about twice per year. We've never had a bad meal from here and this is definitely our favourite Chinese take-out. I think South Pacific has the best egg rolls in the city. We love the wonton soup as well. My only complaint is that there's not enough wontons in it! Try their dinner for four and the cheese wontons! You will not be disappointed.
