We only get take-out. But the service picking it up seems super friendly. No one wastes any time. The order has always been ready in about 20 mins or so. However, a couple of times we found a lot of the food undercooked, since they're moving so fast (i.e. pieces of beef in the rice that were FULLY red)
We love this place so much we had our wedding dinner there!
We have never been disappointed and we have been coming her for over 15 years.
The staff is amazing and so friendly. they have taught my daughter to speak some Chinese. :)

I have eaten at the Lai Lai for several years now and I have always enjoyed the food. The vegetarian menu is better than the non-veg menu, and has a lot of dishes to choose from. Highly recommend trying authentic dishes instead of the typical chicken balls and fried rice. They do an excellent job at a very reasonable price.
Easily the best Asian restaurant in K-W. We do not eat anywhere else and describe it as.."anything you order will be the best ___ you've ever had". Imparticular their hot and sour soup and pan fried dumplings. They have superb pricing and very warm staff. The decor could be updated...but not without losing some of its charm. If you're eating elsewhere you have no taste buds and a strong desire to waste money since most places in the area charge twice as much for meals that aren't as tasty or filling.
