I wish i can give them zero star . They are really bad in approving . My credit score is 830 but still they didnt approve me . I dont knw who would get approve from them.

Bad customer service and they billed me for minor dents and normal wear and tear.

Long story short: Lease your car with anyone else. This company doesn't care about the human, and will not admit their mistakes, nor do anything to correct them. SCI, I hope you go out of business, you are a blight on the automotive world.

To be honest If there were an option of zero star it is still too much. Jeep is destroying their reputation with leasing their car through this freaky company. They hold us for almost two weeks keep asking for more documents and proof of income back to back We didnt have such hard time for our mortgage approval. So after two weeks while we lost some other lease opportunity with other brand cars they simply say not approved and push you to buy the car instead and pay double monthly. avoid them

Tried lease Jeep for 2 year, which is aggressively promoted by many dealerships, after kinda 20 days keeping deposit, which was taken like hostaging driving license and credit card in the offer and negotiation process, now asking for income proof for $160k from two households on lease and with credit score of 735 and 750! Really pathetic tie up. Now I look every Jeep on the road and estimate the income of driver in it...that according to me must be more than 150k, w/o any liability?

Very poorly run company, I took my truck back with half the mileage allowed, super clean condition and I got a bill for over $1000 for a couple of paint chips. I’ve leased many trucks before and never had charges like this. DO NOT lease from them!

Other reviews about this company are absolutely accurate. Im surprised there arent more negative reviews about this company here or anywhere else. This company feels like a shell company to deter customers from leasing a car and pushing customers to finance the vehicles. It is a shame Chrysler/dodge are using this company to lease their vehicles. Very bad on Chrysler's part on this.

this is as bad as customer service can get, this guys have no idea about professionalism and business ethics. I have been loyal to the dodge and jeep brand for over a decade and I am now switching to other car manufacturers only because i do not want to deal with SCI. These guys will ask for document after document after document and then simply deny your application because you are on a work visa (which you provided initially) and still do a credit check and affect your score...avoid them!

SCI claims on website to be trustworthy, honest and transparent. My experience with the lease end wear and tear charges are horrible. The inspection was detailed to include paint thickness and charges to repair factory panels that were undamaged. When these charges were disputed, a second inspection did not match the first. SCI added more charges to make the two estimates total a similar amount. Honest?

They do not deserve a single Star on the ratings. Very strict guidelines to evaluate the condition of your vehicle, when you return it after completion of the lease period. Find some other leasing company.

I had a lease with this company for 2 years and was trying to get a lease take over for the remaining 2 years. This company was extremely unhelpful in this process. The sent the dealership 72 pages of paperwork to just transfer payments to someone who already had preapproved financing. Then I had to drive 2 hours to the dealer to give one signature - they would not allow my approval over the phone or fax me the paperwork at work to save my the trip or allow my dad to sign for me for the transfer

This company is horrible. They’ll deny you even if you make over a million a year. They’ll do whatever they can do direct you to buy a CHRYSLER. Stay away from any dealership who uses this company. If I could give 0 stars, I would

Very bad company , very bad services , if you are looking to lease a car and this company will be the leasing company so stay a way and go to other dealership .
