Very bad customer service, some of the girls working there are good but many are not treating you in a good way because there is no supervision. All in all not happy with the place it was such an unpleasant experience.

This salon has the most annoying manager. She promised me a free service after infecting my nail and ended up charging me for a pedicure the next time I came in. Don't take her word for anything, she seems sweet but that was deceiving.

Long-time customer here.. customer service has been declining steadily over the years. The ladies constantly talk loudly in their language while doing clients' nails which really takes away from the "relaxing spa time".. Some nail techs even have a bit of attitude. Not coming back here because the service is not worth my time and money. Nails were done okay but the acrylic nails are thick and uneven!
