This company has no idea what the meaning of customer service is. They make an appt they don't show, or they show and we asked them numerous times to lock gate when completed they leave it open them they make an appt with u for a Saturday morning before 10am they are knocking and ringing our doorbell at 7am on a Saturday morning. I am done when the season is over horrid company to work with don't waste your money

NEVER USE THEM

Most horrendous company to ever exist. These people can't take no for an answer. I kept getting 3 calls a day for weeks till I had to block their number. I kept on telling their reps to please stop calling me and to remove me from their systems, however it seems like their reps are either profoundly ignorant or just plain dumb. They are lucky I'm not suing for harassment. Never ever use their services, horrendous horrendous horrendous!

THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE MOST ANNOYING COMPANY YOU WILL EVER DEAL WITH!!!! Do not use their service - they will never stop calling you. We used the service for 1 year and advised them at the end of the season that we would be cancelling. Since then, they have called us 6 times and on EVERY OCCASION we have told them to take us off of the call us - the phone calls persist. I just received the 7th call moments ago. This is completely ridiculous, unprofessional and time-wasting. DO NOT USE THIS

An irate customers

We had a rep visit us in Sept, who recommended we use their services for our lawn. The rep stated, more than once, that if we buy 1 application, we will get another for free. Based on this, we decided to go ahead and give it a try. Supposedly they came by twice for the applications, when no one was home. So did they actually apply anything? We don't know. But they never touched the backyard (which is locked and can only be open from the inside), and this was part of the initial agreement.

My lawn is weed free which makes us very happy. I am not usually at home when the technician applies the service, so I have not met the latest technician. I am satisfied with the results.
