Lousy customer service from Jenny

First time there 2 days ago. Jenny seemed rushed to finish cutting my hair. I asked for #4 trim on back and sides. She started going crazy with the scissors. Arrived home and wife saw all the uneven cuts. Today went back and they said I would have to wait to get it fixed. I said I have already waited and want this 2 minute fix done but they said the 2 other customers in their chairs come first. Never returning as their customer service is terrible!

Visited for a quick eyebrow and upper lip threading during my lunchbreak. Service was super fast, even without an appointment, and they did a great job with shaping. Prices are also fantastic!

Thank you Jenny for the men's haircut yesterday. You did a great job at a very affordable price. :)
